Gift certificate terms & conditions
GAIA DAY SPA – GIFT CERTIFICATE
- Gift Certificates are subject to availability and blackout periods.
- Minimum treatment booking is 90 minutes.
- Should the total of treatments booked be more than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder will have to be paid on the day.
- Treatment prices are subject to change without notice by Gaia Retreat & Spa.
- Gift Certificates will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, other treatments or transferred to another Gaia Retreat & Spa department.
- Gift Certificates are for one use only and must be used in full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Certificate.
- Gift Certificates cannot be purchased for promotions, competitions, or give-aways without prior written consent of Gaia Retreat & Spa management.
- Gift Certificates are valid until date indicated on Certificate.
Please redeem your Gift Certificate before the expiry date, as it will not be honoured once expired.

- Retreat Package prices are subject to change without notice by Gaia Retreat & Spa. Any difference in package prices in relation to the Gift Voucher value (at the time of redemption), is due on arrival.

GAIA RETREAT PACKAGE ACCOMMODATION
- Any additional expenses occurring during your stay will be debited to the credit card provided at check-out.
- A surcharge of 1% will be added to the total amount when using Mastercard or Visa Cards, Amex will incur a 2% merchants service fee; this amount is added to the amount payable.
