Lemon Myrtle: is an Australian native plant known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory properties. High in vitamin C, A, E, Magnesium and Zinc, lemon myrtle has been used in easing the symptoms of sinus, sore throats, headaches, acne and digestive disorders.

Rosehip: offer a high level of antioxidants including vitamin C and flavonoids that protect the body from bacteria and infection. It also helps to boost the immune system, circulation, support a healthy gut and prevent skin aging.

Ginger Root: in Traditional Chinese Medicine ginger roots have been used for centuries to restore Yang – hot energy in the body. Ginger roots are loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that help to strengthen the immune system, decrease inflammation, relieve nausea, improve stomach performance, ease menstrual discomfort, absorb fat and balance blood sugar. In Ayurveda, ginger roots have been used to remove undigested food that accumulates and forms impurities in the body to create space for pure energy.
