Gaia Berry Jam
As the sun rises over the highest point of Ballina shire, our beekeepers collect nature’s sweetest gift from our resident bees. Each harvest provides a unique flavour influenced by the seasons – and this month is deliciously light & fruit-filled.
We have had a very successful first six months of honey production from our busy resident bees. Our three harvests yielded totally unique honey – their taste noticeable as we passed from spring to summer, and through to autumn. We hope you enjoy and savour as much as we do.
